Senior Associate, Political Due Diligence

Global Counsel is seeking a Senior Associate to support its growing Political Due Diligence (PDD) practice. PDD is the core of our wider mid-market private equity work. We produce detailed reports assessing risk and opportunities around acquisitions, including recommended mitigations, based on a mixture of documentary research and qualitative interviews.
