Giorgio Corbetta

Giorgio is a Senior Associate in the energy practice at Global Counsel. Giorgio has worked for nine years in Brussels in energy and climate action policy. He was responsible for European Affairs at a leading global commodity exchange where he devised and executed public affairs strategies to shape the regulatory environment for power, gas and carbon trading. 

Prior to Global Counsel, Giorgio worked with the top European renewable energy trade association, where he was responsible for power market business intelligence products and managed stakeholders across 30 European countries.

At Global Counsel, Giorgio advises clients across industries on energy and climate policies, making sense of the business impact of political and regulatory dynamics and supporting the design of corporate strategies that best exploit politics shifts.
