Hon Mun is a senior adviser on sustainable food technology. He is an avid investor in the alternative protein space and spent the past 15 years with various Temasek Holdings group of companies performing post M&A integration and turn-around for its overseas investments.
He has held senior management positions at Microsoft, Nokia, Motorola and various C-suite positions, including as the CEO of Sino-Singapore Jilin Food Zone, President of Thaicom (China) and Chief Strategy Officer of Noroo Holdings (South Korea).
