Keith is a Senior Adviser helping clients to decipher the impact of Chinese domestic political developments and policy change on doing business in the country. He brings over two decades of experience to the role, having won multiple awards as a journalist reporting for The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, South China Morning Post and Thomson Reuters on the interplay of China’s internal politics and its global interactions.
Most notably, he was part of a team of Reuters reporters that was a Pulitzer finalist for international reporting, specifically for their coverage of the Hong Kong protests in 2019. He also received recognition from The Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) on events such as China's 20th Party Congress. Most recently in 2023, he won The Malcom Forbes Award by the Overseas Press Club of America for his reporting on a slew of regulatory introductions targeting China’s corporate sector. His China analysis is frequently cited by experts shaping policy decisions in congressional testimonies in the United States.
