Marissa leads on climate and sustainability work in Southeast Asia, supporting clients in anticipating how global standards development and geopolitical trends are shaping policy and regulation.
Marissa is an Associate Director in Global Counsel’s Singapore office. She was previously a writer at Preqin, where she produced data-driven insights on the alternative assets industry. Prior to that, she was a journalist at Singapore Press Holdings for six years, first as a government and economy reporter and later as a companies and markets correspondent.
Recent examples of her work include:
- Analysing trends in climate and sustainability policy for clients in Asia
- Supporting clients in political and regulatory due diligence work on targets in Asia, including in China’s tech and real estate sectors
