Peter
Wollweber

Peter is an Associate in the Global Investor Services practice. He previously worked at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, screening political risk for upcoming deals and working on longer-form projects on the political future of geotechnology. Prior to this he interned with a campaign consultancy firm and an economic policy think tank, and holds an MA in History from the University of St Andrews.
At GC, he provides advice to investors, including PE firms and family offices, on policy and politics across a variety of sectors.
Recent examples of his work include:
- Supporting clients in engaging with Commons Select Committees on tech and financial services policy.
- Analysing the impact of political and economic changes on the global investment landscape for a family office client.
- Working with a European industrial advocacy body to suggest new regulatory strategy in a flagship report for policymakers.
