Adriana advises clients on a range of digital policy including global AI regulation, competition policy, cybersecurity legislation, telecom framework and investments, online safety, consumers and data protection. 

Adriana leads Global Counsel's Technology, Media and Telecom practice. Before joining Global Counsel, Adriana gained more than a decade of experience in public affairs offering strategic advice to tech clients on how to engage with the EU institution and governments in the EU27. She also spent one year seconded to Meta's connectivity policy team. 

At Global Counsel she advises global technology, media and telecom companies on emerging policy frameworks in the EU, UK and the US. Adriana works with multinational companies on issues ranging from competition policy to online safety, AI regulation, GDPR, intellectual property, cybersecurity, connectivity policy and digital taxation.

Recent examples of her work include:

  • Supporting multinational clients navigating major legislative and regulatory changes including the AI Act, the Digital Services Act and the Digital Markets Act. 
  • Advising European digital companies on engagement with senior policy and political stakeholders on the EU tech and competitiveness agenda.  
  • Hosting events on behalf of clients to facilitate informal policy debates on issues like cybersecurity and the future of connectivity.
