Emilie provides expert advice at the intersection of trade, industrial policy, security, and sustainability across various sectors, helping clients navigate complex policy, regulatory, and political developments.

Emilie is a Senior Associate in the Trade and Industrial Policy practice at Global Counsel. Prior to joining Global Counsel, Emilie was a Researcher at E3G, where she worked closely with stakeholders and policymakers to foster better alignment between trade and climate policies, driving forward innovative solutions for sustainable development. She has also served as a Research Assistant at the Center on Inclusive Trade and Development in Washington D.C., where she remains an affiliated researcher. 

Her previous roles include a fellowship at the Institute of International Economic Law and internships across a range of organisations including the Center for Strategic and International Studies and the New Markets Lab in Washington D.C. as well as Afore Consulting in Brussels. 

At Global Counsel, Emilie advises clients on navigating trade-related policy, regulatory and political developments at the EU level and globally.
