Harry analyses global trade and industrial policy trends, and helps advise clients on their impact.
Harry is an Associate in Global Counsel’s Trade and Industrial Policy team. Before joining GC, Harry worked for a leading foreign policy think tank, where he devised advocacy campaigns to inform policymaking across the UK, EU institutions and European capitals. Prior to this, he worked as an advisor in the European Parliament, as assistant to the Irish Government Chief Whip, and on the Biden 2020 presidential campaign.
He holds a degree in Law and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and a master’s in European political and governance studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, where he focused on multilateral corporate taxation negotiations.
At GC, Harry supports clients across a variety of sectors, including aerospace, life sciences and agrifood.
Recent examples of his work include:
- Advising a major pharmaceutical company on geopolitical trends around trade and economic security in the UK and EU.
- Providing analysis to clients on developments in aerospace, agrifood and public health.
- Working on a multi-stakeholder campaign for a major multinational manufacturing company.
