Helen works with clients on domestic and multilateral trade and industrial issues. She uses her in-house corporate experience to help firms navigate risks and opportunities, particularly where these impact corporate internationalisation strategies.
Helen is a Director in the Trade and industrial policy team at Global Counsel. Helen has almost three decades of working in in-house government relations roles in the industrials sector, across defence, aerospace, nuclear, rail and manufacturing including working in two FTSE100 companies and one CAC40 company. She has deep experience of commercially-critical political management during her career and was most recently Director, Government Relations at Rolls-Royce plc. This role built on her experience at Thales UK and Railtrack.
At Global Counsel, Helen uses her in-house corporate experience to provide firms with strategic and actionable advice on risks and opportunities from trade regulation, industrial policy and political cross-winds, particularly where these impact corporate internationalisation strategies.
