Kacyee supports corporate and investor clients, primarily in the United States, with navigating political and regulatory developments in the trade policy sphere.
Kaycee is an Associate in the Trade and Manufacturing practice at Global Counsel. Kaycee joins GC after completing internships at US Development Finance Corporation, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He was also a consultant at a boutique consultancy in Geneva, Switzerland, where he worked closely with the World Trade Organization and the International Trade Centre. He worked predominantly on matters concerning international trade and investment policy, development finance, and the industrial organization of trade.
At GC, he supports corporate and investor clients with navigating political and regulatory developments in the trade policy sphere, as well as their engagement with senior policymakers on trade-related issues with a particular geographical focus in the United States.

- Advising a pharmaceutical association on best means of engagement in the multilateral system.
- Briefing various corporates on developments in transatlantic and U.S.-China trade relations.
