A UK-based portfolio company of a UK midmarket private equity firm in the gaming sector wanted to undertake market-entry analysis on the business environment in the Philippines in order to support its internationalisation strategy, including in Asia.

Work

In less than a week from engagement, experts based in GC’s Singapore office produced an overview of the Philippines business environment, including an assessment of political dynamics, attitudes to foreign investment and data protection regulation. This followed earlier work GC had done to support the portfolio company’s bolt -on acquisitions in Romania and Serbia.
