This enables them to plan in advance to seize opportunities from new regulatory developments and mitigate risks, protecting the value of their investments. It also enables them to improve their engagement with politicians, regulators and other stakeholders. We provide ad hoc light touch due diligence advice on new transactions to enable deal teams to understand regulation and politics, as well as full political due diligence projects on some transactions.
EU climate and sustainability advice for global PE major to support deal origination and public policy impact on existing portfolio
Overview
GC provides ongoing monitoring and analysis to the client’s deal teams identifying opportunities and risks arising from the EU’s Green Deal policy agenda.
Work
