Charley is an Associate in the Climate and Sustainability Practice. She previously worked for WWF-UK in the public affairs team, lobbying on key environmental pieces of legislation, and working on campaigns across deforestation and ocean recovery. Prior to this, Charley also worked as an assistant political researcher in the Houses of Parliament. 

At GC, Charley supports climate and sustainability clients, producing research advising on the risks and opportunities surrounding environmental policy, regulatory, and political issues. 

Recent examples of her work include: 

  • Supporting clients in the agri-tech sector to understand how they can engage with EU and UK policy debates on agriculture reform.  
  • Conducting political due diligence for clients surrounding single-use plastics regulation and waste reform across the EU and US. 
  • Working with clients to develop their planned political and public engagement with upcoming UNFCCC climate conference COP26.
