Mark is an Associate Director in the health and life sciences team. Prior to joining Global Counsel, Mark worked in public affairs and policy at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, covering issues including the UK’s future relationship with the EU, patient safety and addressing the COVID-related backlog in elective care. Prior to this, he worked in healthcare consulting, with a particular focus on specialised commissioning and rare disease policy.
