Megan works with tech clients to help shape their policy and market strategy across a range of issues in the UK and EU including AI, digital competition, public sector digitisation and future mobility.
Megan is a Director in the tech, media and telecoms (TMT) policy practice. Prior to joining Global Counsel, she provided political strategy and lobbying services for clients in a range of sectors including drones, data analytics and immersive technology (VR and AR) at a tech policy consultancy.
She has experience organizing conferences for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and has also worked at a strategic advisory consultancy supporting Dubai’s royal leadership with policy and communications in the UAE.

Recent examples of her work include:
- Supporting clients in parliamentary engagement on the online safety debate, including preparation for appearances in front of select committees.
- Advising corporates in the autonomous mobility space on market entry into Europe, compliance with regulatory frameworks and public sector procurement.
- Hosting events on behalf of clients to facilitate their relationship-building with influential stakeholders and garner civil servants’ support for product offerings.
