Denzil advises on engagement with the EU institutions and EU multilateral policy and politics. He has more than fifteen years’ experience in politics and government, chiefly in EU and financial services policy. He has advised senior politicians and policymakers in roles in Whitehall and the European Commission. He was previously special adviser on Europe to Prime Minister Theresa May and before that served in the cabinet of the European Commissioner for financial services. He also served as a special adviser on EU issues to two foreign secretaries.
At Global Counsel, Denzil advises firms from a range of sectors on European politics and policy and provides insight on trends in financial regulation.
